The multi talented and versatile entertainer, Yinka Davies known for and unique style of dance and music has proven to be if not all that a game changer, perhaps a game influencer in the Nigerian music industry. following her selection as one of the sitting judges of one of Nigeria's biggest reality show, Nigerian Idol.

The Singer who started out as a painter revealed that a childhood passion was to become a painting artist but somehow her talent in music was her breaking edge in the industry. She expressed her love for culture and that explains why she prefers singing in her local dialect more often than not..

But she confessed her dissatisfaction with the recent turn of events in the music industry by saying that "It pains me so much that artistes of today do not really portray any lyric in the music, despite the fact that they keep making millions upon millions from concerts, to album release, endorsement deals and so much to think of". She propheticallly warned the young stars to take caution of the future, that if they continue with their stayle of music, they would just be leaving the streets with nothing to remember them for in years to come.
